Project briefing and pitch

You are tasked with understanding a demand and defining a convincing approach to meet it. This could be a pitch, a tender, an RFP or the creation of a briefing for other involved parties like vendors. You need to gain a first grasp what to achieve, who you require and how to tackle this. You might need to involve stakeholders and find the right questions to ask them.

We support you by bringing our leadership, engineering and design experience to the table. We take responsibility for creating a plan that sets objectives, adresses risks and defines a realistic approach. Together we create something you can commit to with a good feeling. Then we help describing it in a transparent and understandable manner.

Duration: According to experience 1-4 weeks


Project inceptions and kick-off phases

You are about to start an ambitious project with a lot of uncertainty and many people involved. You may be working together in this constellation for the first time or entering new technological territory. There are a lot of expectations, some of which are expressed - some of which may not be.

We work together on a shared understanding of strategy and project vision. We support you in getting to know each other and practicing teamwork. We take responsibility for a successful start to a challenging project.

Projects in precarious situations

Your project is showing the first signs that the original plan will not work, and there may already have been attempts at intervention. The market has pushed back your product and you urgently need to pivot. But nothing has worked so far. Stakeholders are dissatisfied, confidence is waning. The situation is tricky.

We use our experience and a fresh view from the outside to help you find the right focus, regain mutual trust and bring the project to a good conclusion for all sides. Partly by addressing and resolving conflicts. We take responsibility for the successful continuation of the project.

Christian Müller specialises on facilitating smooth collaboration across projects, teams, and organisations. Agile methodologies have proven effective for him, both in streamlining teamwork and in simplifying interactions between teams and stakeholders.
