Mathias “Hias” Wrba held positions as a bouncer, journalist, DJ, video store clerk and copywriter. But for almost 20 years now, he also has been passionately working at the interface between hcd, agile software development and data-informed business strategy. In addition to his work as a lecturer at artop - Institute at the Humboldt University of Berlin, he currently accompanies and advises executives, teams and organisations from start-ups to large corporations to SMEs. → LinkedIn.
Christian Müller specialises on facilitating smooth collaboration across projects, teams, and organisations. Agile methodologies have proven effective for him, both in streamlining teamwork and in simplifying interactions between teams and stakeholders.

Getting started.
Usually we accompany our clients with consulting and coaching services over longer periods of time represented by a framework agreement or a retainer.
But onboarding a new consultancy can be a big step. This is why we created a small list of possible starting points. Each creates outcomes on its own and allows us to find a working mode together.
Retrospective
We all know about the importance of retrospectives. Nontheless in daily business we get trapped in bi-weekly, mostly meaningless one hour sessions, seldom addressing truly critical concerns.
In our opinion retrospectives benefit from a strong external impulse to create an atmosphere of openness and learning. Sometimes to get rid of long established habits which nobody likes anyway – sometimes to just find space to contemplate.

Customer Journey Mapping
Understanding customers, their needs and motivations in relation to your offering, the value it creates and the role each individual touchpoint plays in this is a crucial factor for managing successful products.
Together we map out the existing customer journey looking for unmet needs, unaddressed pain points and potentials for optimising the customers experience with your product and services.

Product Vision Workshop
Getting from a first idea to a captivating vision for a product which shines a light on the problem so solve, the value to create and a possible way forward is a crucial but often overlooked step in product development.
We start dreaming up a future together which is precise enough to provide the people working towards it with a north star and at the same time vague enough to leave them freedom to explore and learn while on their way.

Project and Team Kick-off
Whenever you start an new project in-house or together with a new vendor, you're facing the challenge of creating a functional team for people that didn't know each other before. We will be working together on a shared understanding of strategy and project vision, team focus & rhythm and team building to ensure a successful start into a challenging project.

Value Stream Mapping
Together we analyse and examine your existing product discovery and delivery processes to identify potentials for optimisation. We focus on strategy and its transfer across the organisation as well as a better management of dependencies and a reduction of unnecessary work and avoidance of local optimisations at the cost of overall performance.
